Job Opportunity: Foreign Language Call Centre Agent
Flash is looking for a dedicated Foreign Language Call Centre Agent to join our team in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. In a customer-centric business landscape, the Call Centre Agent plays a pivotal role by embodying the company’s values, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and with attention to detail.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
- Customer Support: Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Communication: Provide information about products and services through phone, email, and fax.
- Data Management: Enter and update customer information accurately in the system.
- Sales: Engage in upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
- Routing Calls: Direct calls to the appropriate resources and follow up when necessary.
- Service Commitment: Ensure all commitments to customers are met promptly.
- Other Duties: Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric (Grade 12).
- Language Skills: Fluency in Amharic and English is required. Proficiency in other languages, such as Somali, Bangla, or Urdu, is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 6 months of call centre experience is preferred.
- Skills: Must be computer literate and able to handle irate customers with perfect telephone etiquette.
- Attributes: Strong multitasking abilities and a keen sense of responsibility and professionalism.
