Hollywood Foundation Bursaries 2025 for Unemployed Youth and Students in South Africa
The Hollywood Foundation is excited to announce the opening of applications for the 2025 Future is Bright Bursary Programme. Aligned with our commitment to education and training, we strive to empower students nationwide, bridging the transition from high school to tertiary education.
The bursary offers full or partial funding for studies in the following fields, depending on academic performance and the area of study:

Requirements
To qualify, the following criteria must be met:
- The latest results are 60% and above if tertiary/higher institution
- South African Citizens (external applicants only)
- Duration of course: 12 months and longer
- Must apply to a tertiary institution within South Africa and have a strong academic record, the qualifying aggregate for Matric is 65% and for students already in tertiary is 60%
- Type of qualifications: Full-time Higher Certificates, National Certificates, Diplomas, Degrees and Post- Graduate studies
- Institution to be registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training

- ID document (certified copy)
- Matric certificate/statement of results
- Acceptance letter/ proof of application from your institution (on institution letterhead)
- Detailed information regarding the chosen qualification
- Name and address of the registered institution
- Proforma invoice/ estimate invoice from your institution, for full registration, tuition and examination fees in respect of each course/module covering the full academic year, received from the institution along with the length of qualification (on institution letterhead)
- Proof of banking details of the registered institution
- Proof of address
- Motivational letter to support your application
