AFFRI Group Holdings is excited to announce the availability of two HR Internship positions for 2024/2025. The internship is a 12-month fixed-term contract that offers a unique opportunity for unemployed graduates to gain practical experience in the Human Resources (HR) discipline.
The HR Interns will be responsible for providing professional support in Learning and Development (L&D), ensuring employee data integrity, and assisting with compliance with L&D policies and procedures. The successful candidates will also support various aspects of the employee life cycle, including training coordination, consolidation of training data, capturing of training registers, and tracking of study assistance applications.

| Must be studying towards an HR Diploma | Applicants must be currently studying towards an HR Diploma and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) must be a requirement for the qualification |

| Must be a South African citizen | Applicants must be South African citizens |
| Must not be currently enrolled in or have previously participated in an internship or graduate programme | Applicants who are currently enrolled in or have previously participated in an internship or graduate programme are not eligible to apply |
